Screen Shots

(Black-and-white screens are shown - WVH auto-detects between colour and B&W screens, allowing you to use absolutely any computer that's kicking around the office.)

Above is the maintenance screen. Here's all you do:
  • pick a vehicle from a pop-up window
  • pick the service category from another pop-up window
  • pick the mechanic from yet another pop-up window
  • enter the labour hours and rate
  • pick parts from inventory or enter items manually
  • enter any comments about the service
Notice the bottom of the screen: F1 is "help" and F6 is "jump". Pressing the F6 key causes the cursor to jump between the three windows.

In the parts window you can type a part number and WVH will look it up in your inventory, or you can enter the part description and price yourself. Whatever works best for you.

Here's a sample of the vehicle data entry screen, where you add vehicles or change information about them. On the left you'll see the Codes window, which shows all of the vehicle codes on file. You assign the codes yourself, using whatever numbering or lettering scheme works for you.

When you enter a new vehicle you can tell WVH who the owner is so that billing statements can be printed.

You can enter your parts inventory in WVH using this screen. WVH keeps track of the bulk ordering units and break-down (conversion) amount, a history of the last four buying and selling prices, the minimum & maximum quantity, and more. Managing your inventory couldn't be easier!
